Location

From Nice airport

1. From the Nice airport follow the exit (sortie) signs and look for the A-8 blue shield toward, Cannes, Toulon, Marseille.
2. Stay on the A-8 for ca 21.5 km.
3. You will need to pay a one time toll of 2,80 € (you can pay with credit card or cash).
4. At exit 42 in the direction of Cannes-Centre, Grasse, Le Cannet , Mougins, exit on the Le Cannet lane and staying on the left side will take you to blvd Carnot the main north/south artery in Cannes.
5. Take a left on blvd Carnot at the crossing/light opposite the Hollyday Inn on Rue François Rebuffel, then turn right on the next corner on Rue Mérimée and left at Rue Henri Germain.
6. At the light turn left on Avenue de Lyon and keep right onto the small one way road.
7. At the next light turn right on Bld. De La Rèpublic and a quick jog to the first left on Bld. D’Oxford
8. The first left up on the small hill is Allee De La Foret which will take you to the yellow and green portal of Kimi Residence.

From Cannes Airport

1. Exiting from the Cannes Mandelieu airport you come to a small rondelle.
2. Take the second exit out which will lead you north to the next rondelle.
3. There, look for the A-8 blue highway shield going toward Nice. Keep left entering the highway.
4. Stay onto the highway until the next exit at Le Cannet, staying on the left side will take you to blvd Carnot the main north/south artery in Cannes.
5. Take a left on blvd Carnot at the crossing/light opposite the Hollyday Inn on Rue François Rebuffel, then turn right on the next corner on Rue Mérimée and left at Rue Henri Germain.
6. At the light turn left on Avenue de Lyon and keep right onto the small one way road.
